Rental Includes 


  • Round or rectangular tables  and Chairs.
  • In-house sound system and large, retractable video-screen.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • The Woodward House Supervisor.
  • Two Hour Wedding rehearsal; scheduled based on availability. 
  • Use of The Woodward House for Pictures (during office hours, must be scheduled)
  • Day before set up (during office hours, must be scheduled) 


Standard Fees


  • One Floor Only (8 Hours) - $1,800 
  • Both First & Second Floor (8 Hours) - $2,800
  • Additional Hours may be purchased at $50 per hour 
  • $500 Holds the Date (non-refundable deposit that applies to rental fee)
  • Set-up at pre-arranged time is included.
  • Security fees during event also applied.

The Woman's Club of San Antonio is open Monday thru Friday 10am-3pm or schedule a private showing. With over a decade of experience working on events, from Weddings to Business functions, our House Supervisor Martha Aguirre is here to assist you.
